Milk isn’t just not-that-healthy, it’s straight up unhealthy, and has actually been shown to leech calcium from bones, meaning it can actual cause osteoporosis.  It really should be removed from the schools all together.  Same for fruit juice, which is loaded with sugar.  Water, you guys.  It’s not that complicated.

(Do you think I’ll ever get over cheese?  Cause that would be helpful.  Cause dairy’s pretty gross.  I don’t see it happening, though.)

Er…  that doesn’t seem right, the part about the milk anyway.  Can you find any reputable sources that claim this (i.e., not vegan blogs and alternative medicine sites)?  Honest question.  All I can find is confused vegan ramblings and goofy conspiracy theories on Google.  I understand that hormone-laden milk is probably not that great for you, and that milk and cheese can contain a lot of fat; but normal milk, let’s even say organic milk, can’t be that terrible for you, can it?
